Money from Ledger’s Apartment being tested!
NYPD are making tests on a $20 bill that was rolled up with a powdered substance on it. The $20 bill was found at Heath Ledgers Apartment with the powdered substance on it.
CBS has reported that in New York City cops also found drug packets along with the $20 bill.
