Britney Spears Case has no Business being in the Federal Courts Judge Says!
Federal District Judge Philip Gutierrez has ruled that attorney Jon Eardley, who claimed to represent Britney Spears, “had no authority to remove the case from state court.”
The judge Philip Gutierrez also said that:
“Mr. Eardley is not Ms. Spears attorney and acted improperly by removing her conservatorship proceeding to federal court.”
So desperate men like Sam Lutfi whom is a close friend of Jon Eardley grasp at straws in a desperate attempt to rule Britney’s life, and they fail with this ruling!
