Sam Lutfi’s Restraining Order Extended!
Sam Lutfi has had his Restraining order to stay away from Britney Spears extended by a federal judge.U.S. District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez has extended the restraining order against Sam Lutfi going near Britney Spears, until a hearing on the March 17.
This new action came on the same day Sam Lutfi was formally served with the old restraining order, which was issued earlier on this month by a Superior Court commissioner.
In documents from the court, Jeffrey Wexler, an attorney for, James Spears, says:
“After three weeks of apparently evading service,” Lutfi was served at 11 a.m. outside his Los Angeles apartment. The restraining order, requires Sam Lutfi to stay 250 yards away from Britney Spears her home, and her family this was set to expire Friday 22 February. Jeffrey Wexler had asked for the order to be extended.
On Feb. 7, Spears’ mother, Lynne, requested the temporary restraining order against Sam Lutfi. She claimed Lutfi had held Spears hostage in her own home, drugged her and took over her finances. To read the full report click here.
