But that is the truth. A number of ordinary people want to know what celebrities eat in order to keep themselves healthy and slim. This also ensures that they are always in demand. There are various factors that have to be taken into consideration before practicing celebrity diet since it is rigorous. If you are junk food freak, forget about practicing celebrity diet as it could become extremely difficult to follow.

There are some basic five aspects relating to celebrity diet. Follow them strictly and work out effectively to lose weight and tone up the body. If you practice this, you will be no less then any celebrity. However, the success rate depends on the willpower to withstand the pressure of junk food especially those rich in carbohydrates. Burning excess calories accumulated in the body could become a major problem and add towards the overall weight if exercise regimen is not followed.
Normally, all celebrities follow a standard eating practice called five factor diets. In all, the intake will not be more than 1,300 calories through out the day. To overcome hunger, eat lots of greens and raw vegetables instead of gobbling up fried food and junk food. The five-factor diet includes three meals and two snacks daily. The diet consists of low fat protein, sugar free drink, fibres, healthy carbs and vegetables. At the same time, drink plenty of water. It is said that drinking water not only helps the digestion, but also improves the complexion of the skin. You must have noticed that every celebrity always has a bottle of mineral water of packaged drinking water. It is said that drinking at least four litres of water everyday does a lot good to the human body. Therefore, drink as much water as possible.
Most of the celebrities avoid cheese and baked food. Cheese easily contributes towards addition of weight and fat creation in the body. This will lead to surplus production of cholesterol, which is not considered good for the human body since it leads to various cardio vascular diseases. Therefore, the focus should be on reducing the cholesterol level in the blood by eating plenty of raw vegetables. Cholesterol in blood can be compared to oil in water. It is extremely difficult to get rid of cholesterol. The only option is to eat plenty of greens cooked without adding oil.
The celebrities also avoid milk-based products such as ice creams. The milk-based products easily add weight. The digestion of the milk-based products also is time consuming. Invariably, this process slows down the process of metabolism. If metabolism slows down, there are chances of unnecessary fat being accumulated in the human body. Realizing these negative effects, celebrities are now reducing their dependence on milk-based products. The celebrities also have an early dinner to avoid any late digestion problems. Work out for one hour at least every morning for a perfect body.
