Jackie Chan Buries His Father!
Action Movie Star Jackie Chan Buried his father next to his mother in Australia on Saturday! Jackie Chan’s father Charlie passed away in a Hong Kong hospital on February 26, at the age of 93, after a long battle with prostate cancer.
Jackie Chan then arranged for his fathers body to be transported to Canberra to be laid to rest beside Lee Chan, his wife who died in 2002. In an emotional tear filled speech Jackie Chan said:
“It’s a hard day. I loved my father so much because he did so much for me when I was young. We had a very poor family and he left Hong Kong to support himself. He was just the greatest father for me,”
The funeral was attended by many including the U.S. ambassador and Chinese deputy envoy.
