Lawsuit Settled for Kevin Costner!
Oscar winning actor Kevin Costner has settled a 2005 lawsuit he brought against a production company for breaking a film contract.
Movie Star Kevin Costner, who won Oscars for best film and best director in his 1990 movie Dances with Wolves said he had agreed with Ascendant Pictures in 2004 to play the lead role in a film named Taming Ben Taylor.
According to his law suit, Ascendant Pictures from contract in 2005 which resulted in a loss to Costner of some $8 million US dollars in lost earnings.
William Bossen who is Kevin Costner’s lawyer confirmed that a settlement had been reached. However the details of the settlement have not been released.
