Amy Winehouse Spends Night in Police Station!
Amy Winehouse spent last night in Holborn Police station as part of police inquiries regarding an assault that involved Amy Winehouse!
Police interviewed Amy Winehouse in connection wit an incident on Wednesday night. As a result Amy Winehouse spent the night in Holborn police station in central London.
Amy Winehouse was being questioned about an incident in which she allegedly attacked two men in the early hours of Wednesday.
However Amy Winehouse was so upset on her arrival at the police station, that a police doctor deemed her “unfit to be interviewed”.
A spokeswoman for Amy Said:
“Amy Winehouse was questioned this morning at a London police station in connection to an incident in Camden in the early hours of April 23, 2008. She admitted to a common assault by slapping a man with an open hand and accepted a caution. Amy was fully co-operative with inquiries and apologized for the incident. She thanked the police for their professional handling of the matter. There will be no further action taken. Amy is looking forward to continuing her work on new music in the studio.”
