Harry Potter In Court!
J.K Rowling is planning to tell a judge that one of her biggest fans who plans to publish a Harry potter Encyclopedia is breaching her copywriter!
The trail between Rowling and Steven Vander Ark is scheduled to take up most of the week in a Manhattan District Court..
Starting on Monday J.K Rowling will testify. Her lawyers have arranged with the judge to have private security for the Harry Potter Author and for the J. K Rowling to spend breaks in the seclusion of a jury room away from any Harry Potter fans present in the courthouse.
J.K. Rowling filed the lawsuit last year against Vander Ark’s publisher, RDR Books, to prevent the publication of the “Harry Potter Lexicon.”
