Jennifer Lopez’s Fast Fat Burning Regime!

After Giving Birth to twins in February, Jennifer Lopez has set herself a target of weighing 120lbs!

Jennifer Lopez’s dedication starts with getting up at 4am to begin working out. Altogether she has three hourly daily workouts and that is seven days a week.

Such a tough regime means that so far Jennifer Lopez has lost 40lbs this is a rate of 10lbs a week since she had her twins in February.

Apparently Jennifer Lopez has hired a crack team of nutritionists and personal trainers they have been nicknamed her ‘120 lb team’, which refers to her target weight of 8 stone 8lbs.

Jennifer Lopez’s workouts have one hour of Pilates, a one-hour cardio workout and lastly an hour of weight training.

Jennifer has also reduced her food intake to 1,400 calories a day as well as banning all carbohydrates.
